Generations past remembering have passed since mankind fled from an alien enemy, and exited the great black hole known as the Cauldron, and emerged into the Argylian Expanse. Legend states that humanity fled the world of its birth, and escaped into a massive warp gate. Somehow the gate connected to what is now known as the Cauldron, providing mankind a route into the cosmos. In the centuries which had passed since, humanity has spread through the Expanse and established a new home. Though legends say that mankind emerged as one civilization, the intervening years caused much history to be lost, and many old alliances to be forgotten, and many secrets to be lost. Even now, much of that original knowledge has yet to be rediscovered. The Argylian Expanse now sits on the cusp of a golden age. An opportunity for mankind to unite and rediscover its lost inheritance shining among the stars, or to fall and be forgotten forever in the darkness of space.
